O Desenvolvimento das Equipes de Trabalho no Cenário Atual

Resumo

As equipes precisam de recursos de todos os tipos para aumentar suas chances de sucesso e, principalmente, ter em mente que a empresa
está comprometida com o trabalho em equipe. O objetivo deste trabalho é propor reflexões sobre o desenvolvimento das equipes no cenário
atual. Analisou-se que cabe ao gestor de pessoas o forte compromisso de derrubar as barreiras, eliminando, onde for possível, a disputa
interna, evitando assim, discriminações no que tange ao reconhecimento pessoal e às realizações dos indivíduos, sendo assim, qualquer projeto
ambicioso requer que as pessoas trabalhem em um esforço conjunto, assim, o termo “times de trabalho” vem se tornando um importante conceito
nas organizações. As velhas estruturas estão sendo reformuladas e as empresas buscam ser mais flexíveis, em face às rápidas mudanças, são
mais sensíveis às necessidades dos clientes e estão experimentando uma nova estrutura baseada em times de trabalho.

Abstract

The teams need resources of all types to increase their success possibilities and mainly to have in mind that the company is compromised to the
team work]. The objective of this work is to consider reflections on the teams development in the current scene. It was analyzed that the strong
commitment fits to people’s manager to knock down the barriers, eliminating, where it will be possible, the internal dispute, thus preventing,
discriminations in what it refers to to the personal recognition and the accomplishments of the individuals, being thus, any ambitious project
requires that the people work in a joint effort, thus, the term “work teams” has become an important concept in the organizations. The old
structures have been reformulated and the companies try to to be more flexible before the fast changes, are more sensitive to the customers’
necessities and have been trying a new structure based on work teams.
